Help, I'm cold!

So, does anyone know how to work this timer? I just discovered it today. I was nice and toasty warm when I woke up this morning, but around 10am I wondered why it was 57 degrees in here.

I don't know how to override it, so I tried to trick it into thinking it was time to switch on again. So now the heat is blowing, but the timer is all screwed up. And there's gotta be a better way to override the timer.

Any advice?
