Thanksgiving Wednesday breakfast.

So once my cable was fixed I was free to go have breakfast. Geraldine's Counter is a gentrified place in downtown Columbia City. As you can see, the corned beef hash is not overly portioned. I enjoyed it. It was big chunks of potato, corned beef, and some roast vegetables. There is a bite of melon, a bite of grapefruit, and a bite of orange.

My friend H of H&A doesn't like this corned beef hash. She likes more of a shredded mash, with shredded corned beef and hash browns. I enjoy that kind as well. But unlike H, I don't mind Geraldine's at all. I would order it again.
