Hmph.
Blue C Sushi is one of those conveyor belt places, with slightly to moderately sloppy little plates. I watched the chef assembling some nigiri with pre-sliced fish. Still, the salmon was fresh and generously sliced (it better be) and there was JUST enough variety to be interesting. Just enough. The family next to me ordered some miso soup, which was promptly served to them in a big stoneware noodle bowl.
People should hire me to be an Asian authenticity consultant.

So did you like Blue C? Their website was a little strange with all the pix of japanese school girls and geisha-like women.
