Golden Oak. Or possibly the Satin Beech. I, personally, always like beech but I suspect with mustardy yellow, oak would work better.
You have no idea how much I love remodelling other people's houses in my mind :P

Mustard Yellow is already on the wall, but a substantially more sunshiney than the mustard yellow on the website. The accent wall is kind of a dark tomato paste color. The rest of the house is a kind of beige that I can't really describe to you.

truth be told, i would like ANY of it, especially if it was in my kitchen.
I'd use something that would highlight the great natural light you have in the house. Craftsman oak, satin beech, soho beech, milan maple. Or riverside red oak or burma teak for more drama.
