they want to eliminate the minority filibuster, rather than finding acceptible judicial nominees. they want to impeach the judiciary so as to eliminate those (mostly re-pube-lican-nominated) judges from interpreting the law as appropriate according to the constitution; that way they can have the religious influence on society that they've always wanted.

they want to weaken checks and balances in order to marry Church and State.

these people are contemptful of the US Constitution. they will be the downfall of the nation.
