Last night was Graduation at Benaroya Hall. MB won the pool with 1:39. The big suprise for me was that Baccalaureate was 4 minutes shorter. Two peole congratulated me for not featuring any musicians. Well, duh.

Anyway, Graduation is exciting for the families because they get to hear their kids name and scream for them. Me, I was bored; I would rather not go. Afterwards we went to the Rock Bottom, and then after that we hit the Busch Gardens for karaoke. It was the first time for a lot of people so there was a little bit of that "oh no, I can't sing" bullshit, but then people got over it thank goodness.

I sang 'Seven'
jj sang 'Roxanne'
jf/df sang 'Sister Christian'
jf sang 'Start Me Up'

Pretty good! I think they're hooked. Christopher the host was pretty good to us.

Last night I dreamt that I was back in Madison with the whole faculty. We were all cast in a movie, and they were working on this sequence with about 200 grade school kids. It was absolutely awesome because the kids all knew their part and were well rehearsed and professional. The were running all over the place, in groups and individually, in character, in and out of the shot, running and playing and screaming. Then some teacher blew the shot, and everybody just stopped and walked back to their places quietly.

I had another dream that I was sitting down to talk to Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles. I made some comment about princesses, and then said something like, "can you believe what happened to that Diana?" Then, of course I realized . . . "oh, well you must have known Diana . . ." It was embarassing. I woke my self up after that.
