oops, I ate lamb. And I think I'm about to eat pork... I can't go to Musashi because I went there on Tuesday...and then again on Thursday!

I don't go for that tradition."Fasting" has been hugely misinterpreted. I would "fast" to cleanse my mind and my soul. I would "fast" to think and do good deed to others.
