Carne Asada

So I bought some skirt steak, pounded it out, and grilled it in a grill pan that was as hot as I could get it.

It wasn't hot enough, but it wasn't so bad. I also grilled some jalapeno peppers that I just bought. Maybe I'm desensitized, but I ate three peppers and they weren't even slightly hot. I feel like I could have used them to wipe my eyes.
